Technical Support

Technical Support services are really the heart of our company and we love what we do! Basically all team member, inclusive the top management started in maintenance and/or engineering and have strong background knowledge.

The most important principle for our high quality is that we use permanent workforce all over our services. It is not only that we know exactly what we can or cannot* do, it is also the guarantor for consistently good output. And, if questions arise after completing a project, we still can deliver the answer.

Typically we send full teams for a project and take over the on-site lead on behalf of the customer and liaise directly with all parties involved. However, we also just can send single specialists if certain expertise is missing in your team.

A full team usually consists out of four representatives with specific expertise in areas of tech records, physical inspections and engines.
