What is the most important fact about our team?
Is it the many years of experience and high competence that come together? Is it the vast network, each of the team member has, that can make the difference to get things done? Or is it simply because we permanently employ people instead of hiring them on a case by case basis?
It is certainly all of it together but what is most important, that we know and trust each other for a very long time!
Sven Dupke
Sven is founding partner and shareholder of Seagull Aviation Group. As group COO he actively manages the day-to-day operation and is key account to many customers. Sven started as licensed mechanic and served lastly as CTO in an international airline group.
Andreas is the founder and shareholder of Seagull Aviation Group. His professional background is engineering and he held CEO and other top management positions in various companies from the aviation industry.

Domas is founding partner and shareholder in Lithuania in Seagull Aviation UAB. As valued partner and Managing Director his role is most important for Seagull Aviation's future. Domas is graduated Aeronautical Mechanics Engineer in aviation industry and worked in various positions before.
Virgilijus Pliaukštė
Virgilijus is founding partner and minor shareholder in Lithuania in Seagull Aviation UAB. His background for its role as Senior Consultant and Quality Manager is from his various positions as graduated and licensed engineer in aviation industry.

Romas Markovčinas
Romas is founding partner and minor shareholder in Lithuania in Seagull Aviation UAB. His background for its role as Senior Consultant is from his various positions as BSci in Aviation Technology and Management.
Peter Kappelmayer
Peter joined Seagull Aviation in 2019 and previously worked for many years as Head of Engineering in an airline. He is definitely one of the most experienced project leader you can imagine for your projects. Peter holds a degree in process engineering.
Dirk Bohms
Dirk joined the group in 2019 and before headed a mid-size MRO after gaining vast experience as licensed engineer and Maintenance Manager. In its role as Senior Consultant and Physical Representative he is very much the backbone of our Part-145 organization.
Bogdan Urbanski
Bogdan joined us as one of the first team member in 2019. His extensive background comes from various positions in Airline Engineering/CAMO and his license as certified engineer. Bogdan is one of our LDG and structure specialists. He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Henrieta joined Seagull Aviation in 2020. She worked in different airlines in engineering, records and spares department.
Henrieta holds a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautical Engineering.
